Formation of Management Committee shall be constituted by electing 9 members by majority in the general body of the institution in which one shall be President, one Vice President, one Managing Secretary, one Managing Deputy Secretary, one Treasurer and remaining members. General meeting of Management Committee may be called twice in a year and special meeting may also be called by giving notice to members as per requirement.
Notice period: Notice of general meetings of Management Committee shall be given to members three days in advance and notice of special meeting shall be given 24 hours in advance by Management Committee through any adequate medium.
Quorum: Presence of 2/3 members is mandatory for quorum.
Filling of vacant seats: If any seat of Management Committee becomes vacant, then this seat/post shall be filled by the General Body for the remaining tenure.
Rights and duties of Management Committee:
(1.) To make every possible effort for the progress and development of the institution and pass that resolution.
(2.) To pass the resolution for amendment and change in the rules of the institution by 2/3 majority.
(3.) To prepare the outline of the annual program of the organization.
(4) The organization can sell its property for its development work and can obtain bank loan. It can mortgage its property in the bank. The tenure of the management committee will be 5 years.
The main function of the Chairman is to preside over the meetings
(1) Periodic review of the entire works.
(2) Giving your declining opinion on the subject.

Publicity of programs, making rules and members etc.
